Governance
The Cedar Falls Lutheran Home is a non-profit organization, serving the Cedar Valley for 50 years.
The organization is governed by a 12 member Board of Directors. Board members are selected by way of
each of the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home's seven founding church congregations.
Additionally, three members from the CFLH Friends Ambassador Society are elected to the Board of Directors.
